Meet Caleb Spierings - Multimedia Designer

Hey Caleb, could you tell us a bit about your role at Mindshift?

My role at Mindshift as a Multimedia Designer has allowed me the opportunity to jump in and support the Mindshift team in a range of awesome projects including storyboards, infographics, posters, and E-Modules.

What are your interests outside of work?

As a designer, I’ve always loved hobbies that allow me to create and have fun. Music, art, and games have always been an important part of my creative process, and all play a part in the way I work and design.

What inspired you to join Mindshift, and how has your journey been so far?

I was drawn to Mindshift by the team dynamic, their mission and the organisation’s quality and drive. So far, I have felt immense support and value from the team, as well as a great amount of trust to jump in on existing projects and put my skill to the test.

What security habits did you change when you started working for Mindshift? 

Mindshift allowed me to see cybersecurity through a professional lens, and to see the flaws I have in the way I operate online. I have been more restrictive with my passwords access and have made sure I enable two-factor authentication and continue to be aware of security risks I might encounter.
