Meet David Lange – Mindshift’s Operations Manager

Mindshift has hit the ground running this year with a great team and some interesting customer engagements to sink our teeth into.

Before Christmas, we welcomed David Lange to our team as Operations Manager. David has already made a huge difference to our planning and day-to-day customer liaison.

We asked David what drew him to Mindshift and what security habits he changed after starting work with us. Making security easy for people is part of building a great security culture. 


Meet David Lange – Mindshift’s Operations Manager.

David, tell us about your role at Mindshift? 

My role as Operations Manager is to manage Mindshift customer relationships by scheduling and managing work with Mindshift designers, contractors, and customers. As well as supporting Melonie (Mindshift’s owner) in day-to-day business activities. 

What are your interests outside of work?

We’re a musical family with everyone playing at least one instrument. Bushwalks as well. 

What inspired you to join Mindshift, and how has your journey been so far? 

I’ve been keenly following the Mindshift journey since its inception, having worked with Melonie in a previous role. Working with this amazing team has been a fantastic experience so far, always learning and giving me a fun and challenging environment. 

What security habits did you change when you started working for Mindshift? 

Password management has been a major change for myself and my family, using password manager and 2FA.
