Meet Harvey Andrews – Mindshift’s Cyber Security Coordinator.

Harvey, could you please tell us a bit about your role at Mindshift? 

My role at Mindshift is a Cyber security Awareness Coordinator, I help the team with admin work or reviewing courses, giving feedback and working on the social media side of Mindshift with advertisement and growing a wider audience, while doing this I am also learning new skills and gaining knowledge to expand opportunities for my future career. 

What are some of your main hobby’s you like to do in your free time?

Outside of work, I enjoy gaming and connecting with friends online. I'm a music enthusiast with great taste, and I also like outdoor activities such as swimming, golfing, and hitting the gym. When I'm not Immersed in these hobbies, you'll probably find me at the beach or river, hanging out with friends.  

What inspired you to join Mindshift, and how has your journey been so far? 

I really love working via a computer and I think working at Mindshift will really inspire me to carry on with cyber security in my future careers. 

What security habits did you change when you started working for Mindshift? 

Being someone who's always hanging out online and gaming, I get how crucial it is to keep my passwords and accounts safe. That's why I'm using Bitwarden to make sure everything stays locked down.
